Luna Innovations encourages employees (we refer to as Innovators) to participate in professional conferences, seminars and trade shows, and provides expense reimbursement for these activities. Our Tuition Assistance Program reimburses tuition and fees for approved courses (three credit hours per semester) between 80-90 percent depending on the Innovator's final grade. Innovators may take leave to further their education through courses related to work. Luna also provides fee reimbursements to Innovators who voluntarily join appropriate, job-related professional organizations, up to $250 per year.
Luna University (Luna U) is an internal program at Luna Innovations with the mission of developing and providing a clear path for advancement and improvement. Taught by internal and external experts, Luna U offers courses on a variety of topics.
