Luna Appoints Scott Graeff as Treasurer
(ROANOKE, VA, June 2, 2008) – Luna Innovations Incorporated announces that Scott Graeff, Chief Commercialization Officer, has been appointed by its Board of Directors to Treasurer in response to the $10 million credit facility Luna received from Silicon Valley Bank. Graeff led the negotiation and facilitation of the agreement, and his responsibilities as Treasurer, which are in addition to his current role, include overseeing the credit facility, managing the company cash position, maintaining the relationship with the Bank and directing the cash investments of the Company.
