Information about Luna's Reorganization
On December 11, 2009, Luna Innovations Incorporated (NASDAQ: LUNA) announced it had executed a Settlement Agreement with Hansen Medical, Inc. (NASDAQ: HNSN) for the purpose of resolving the outstanding litigation between the companies. Luna also filed with the bankruptcy court its First Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization and other bankruptcy documents to implement the Settlement Agreement and to allow the Company to emerge from Chapter 11 reorganization as quickly as possible. Luna's Joint Plan of Reorganization was confirmed on Jan. 12, 2010.
